Return & Exchange Policy

At EasyCareSolutions, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy every purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@easycaresolutions.ca with your order number and reason for return. Once approved and the item is received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right immediately.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
